Erik Lundgren toured with VanZant as lead guitarist on the Help Somebody Tour in 2008 helping this song, written by Jeffrey Steele, reach over 500,000 sold worldwide.
Southern Rock Woodstock launched 27 years ago by promoter and band member, Southern Mules, Clark Chambers. Over the years, Chambers has invited Southern Rock Royal Legends such as Jeff Carlise of 38 Special, Ed King of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Charlie Hargrett of Blackfoot, and Erik Lundgren of Johnny VanZant, VanZant, Molly Hatchett, to share the stage as special guests with the Southern Mules. Keeping Southern Rock Music alive for the die hard fans. In addition to the Southern Mules, multiple bands such as Kid Kentucky - Kid Rock Tribute Band, Silver Travis Band, and others committed to the genre play all day. Keeping Southern Rock music alive is not the only purpose for the summer tour event. Raising awareness and funds for Homeless Warriors to provide housing and support to American Veterans who have been displaced, forgotten or homeless.

Were the solos shared equally between Robbie and Erik?
At first, but it didn't take long for Erik to make his place in the band. Erik was the guitar player that everyone was watching. And after he was in the band he was contributing to the writing the so he began to take more of solos.
